Any of y'all have simple home workout routines you do? My aerobic activity is usually riding my bike.

That is a good number of push-ups. Impressive. thumb I don't know if I could do 20 without a trip to the ER.

Neighbor of mine jogged 5 miles a day for as long as I can remember. Jogged by everyday no matter what. He dropped dead at 60. I've outlived him by 6 years.

My grandfather ate a lb of bacon a day. He died at 103. My other grandpa smoked 2 packs a day, non filters. Lived till 90. My mother is still with us at 93.

A good rule of angling philosophy is not to interfere with another fisherman's ways of being happy, unless you want to be hated.

It’s the number 1 resolution by a long shot and 85-90% will give it up by March.

That's a pretty good feat. I keep telling myself I'm going to start riding again, but......

I put a pull-up bar between 2 trees. Doing pull-ups is more difficult than I remember. eeks

Dead weight, reverse, inverted....however you choose pulling your own body weight is a great drill.

I put gym equipment in house in the summer, I have been working pretty hard to get in good shape. I understand the round is a shape but not the one I want. I also am so sick of always low carbing I decided by adding weights it would give me some diet flexibility. Plus I was getting on testosterone so I figured in for a penny in for a pound.

15.8 mph is FAST! I can do that on an electric but not on a regular bike. I average 11-12mph...on a good day.

50 push ups (unbroken) every day. Probably hit that ~325 days last year. Keep yourself accountable on how easy/hard they are. I will make them dead stops if I'm really looking for some fun. I'll tweak the volume at times but never less than 50.

Run 30-40 miles a week. Watch the diet, take supplements where needed, read books, be better at life, etc.
