Be there at high tide or just before. Finger mullet or mud minnows IF you can find any. I've had good luck with 4" Gulp "New Penny w/ Chart. Tail" shrimp imitations.
I sure do miss my saltwater fishing......Just might snag a Big Ugly.. thumb fish

The best time for flounder is during the run in Nov & Dec. The past two years it has been outlawed to keep any during all of Nov to Dec 15th. Hopefully next year it will go back to normal. I prefer to us finger mullet or mud minnows. Sea Wolf park is a great area to target them.
