Funny story about Calf Fries - we had ordered them in Red River at a nice restaurant and was trying to explain to my young son (4 or 5 or so) what they were without being too descriptive. The 'light' finally went off and he says in a loud voice "I'm eating cow balls?" Me and my Dad were cracking up but a few other patrons gave us the ole stink eye. that's hilarious! BTW, they plenty good too! I'll take your word for it but I'll pass................
