Any of you guys ever made it? Instant isn't the word I'd use buts its faster than the traditional way.

I ordered some stuff off amazon awhile back and gave it a shot last night. For my first stab at it, I think it was a win.

I probably added too much beef stock to the mix, and United was running a special on some big Delmonico steaks, so other than being a little salty, it worked out perfect!

Bao Long Pho Spice Cubes, Beef Flavor Soup Seasoning 3-pack,12 Cubes Total

Looks good. I would bet you can knock 3 of the cubes off that list and put beef broth or beef consume in its place to get the same effect with less sodium.

I was thinking the same thing. I'm going to have to try it.

What the Pho is going on here? You guys actually eat that carp!

And you ruined a perfectly good Delmonico steak by adding it to that? WTF?

Need to find one closer to me.

Pho can be amazing so long as you trust the place that’s doing it. Sometimes, ignorance is bliss when it comes to kitchen cleanliness and proper food handling.

I’m not sure I’ve actually had pho, but we used to go to a Chinese place near the office in Addison that had a chicken noodle soup thing that came in a large bowl, it was delicious and filling………for an hour, then it was time to assault the office vending machines due to virtual starvation

I wish I liked pho more but I dislike the star anise that is a key ingredient. Bun Bo hue is good but I swear the congealed blood smells like cat food.
