Trim on the motor works fine but not the switch at the throttle nor the one at the bow.. i was able to get 12volts to the bow switch but its still not working. there are 3 wires at the bow switch.. Hot, green white stripe (down) and blue with white stripe (up). sending 12 volts down either blue or green wire did not active trim motor.

If the motor trim switch is working then im having a wiring issue with the other 2.. which tells me that the solenoids are grounded. couple of questions.

is there a different ground for the bow/throttle switches? different from the motor switch? im assuming the solenoids are only grounded in 1 place

if sending 12volts down green or blue wire, if they are connected at the solenoid, should active said solenoid??

i have not disassembled the throttle as it does not look fun.. was hoping to bypass it and add a blinker switch. but just wasnt sure how to wire it all correctly.

im quasi knowledgeable about wiring but not really sure about this aspect of trim/trim switches.
