What if any ramps are open on LL? I'm down to 2 days left for fishing with my son before he goes home, and I'd like to get out for one more day of fishing if we can

Rebel1 I think they could shorten that list up quite a bit by listing the open ramps instead.

Anyone know what time those gates open @ Hidden Cove? Last time I was there the park manager wouldn't let me in till 7:00. Is this still the case? Any info is always appreciated

They have 3 ramps and we have gone over there (from Lake Dallas) several times in the last two weeks and have not had to wait for more than 5-10 min. But keep it to yourself or the ramps will be backed-up!!!

We were at Hidden Cove a week ago at 7:30 and we were second in line for the gate to open at 8:00. By 8 there were four boats behind us. Staff there did a great job of managing flow at the ramp with boats in and out. We got back to the ramp at noon and again we only had to wait about ten minutes to pull out. The parking lot was full at noon when we pulled out but it looked like more boats were still launching.

we launched at arounbd 9:00 am and it was easy sailing (last Sunday) We came out around 7:00 and most had already left but a short wait. Everyone was behaving too. Helped someone out of the mud in side parking.
I feel more like I do now than I did when I first got here!

How much garbage is floating in the lake? Is it clean enough to be able to make decent runs without worrying about tearing up your outboard? It's easier to say no ramps open to a 17 year old than say it's time to go it because the trees aren't save floating around
