I would suggest you go with Striper Express. Bill or Chris (father/son) are both very personable and professional, and very adept at handling large groups so that each person, regardless of experience level, will come away with a positive impression of the experience. Handling a large group is NOT the same as handling multiple smaller groups, and these fellows understand that.
