Boiled, baked, grilled...? What's your favorite way? Being a polack/german I'm partial to boiling. Set in water frozen, bring to boil, 15 minutes. Knocks some of the salt down. This is with a 50/50 pork mix. What's your way?

I either grill it or throw it on the Blackstone with some onions and peppers. Either way beats boiling it, in my opinion.

bkfst sausage grease, heat to hot hot and fry your links.

almost blackened is time to turn it. about 5 mins. and you got it.

Ha. Family's been here since 1850's lol. You guys have just not had some good ole German sausage catering. Place called Bexar Bowling alley. Zuehl, Texas to be exact. Haven't any of you guys been to Penshorns in Marion?

It's not far from Woman Hollering Creek. There used to be a sign on I10 before SA that said Woman Hollering Creek. Not sure if it's still there. It's near Saint Hedwick. My great great grandfather is buried there. I don't know if he liked boiled sausage.

lived in comfort Tx. for about 7yrs. and helped out a bud with a dairy farm, both were german and excellent cooks.

WURSTFEST FOREVER! too. roflmao
