Just so this may save someone else from the injury.
I fished KCKL and caught a 4.88 around 9:00 , we decided to weigh the fish in the 9-10 hour, got to the weigh in at 9:58. I generously filled a weigh bag put the fish in got to the from of my partners Skeeter and I needed to jump a couple feet to hit dry land. I jumped knee popped , “down goes Frazier” . I knew I screwed it up bad I couldn’t get up on my own. Very little pain so I took some advil and we fished the rest of the day. I got a small check but dadgum I wished I would have got my feet wet.
Hopefully this saves another older guy (I’m 50) from a similar injury.
Surgery is done and I’m ok , will just be a lengthy recovery.
Hope y’all Whack em this year

Well that is worse than the ole sneezed and threw my back out.

If they give you PT, as it is not torn through, do it and keep it up every day.

Been running on a partially torn MCL and ACL for 7 years. My knee feels good most of the time. 15 min every morning.

Unsolicited advice but worked for me.
