My son sent this to me as a joke, knowing I had no idea what to do with it. It's a question in one of his engineering classes.
Once I saw numbers with letters in it I was out.
Ya'll figure it out. bang

Solving takes some knowledge of differential equations. It will likely require setting up a system of equations with several unknowns to be able to solve the equation, you’ll need to figure out the values of the constants and then should be able to plug and chug. I’m surprised it actually gave the solutions for the first and second derivatives, that helps a lot.

No kidding - that was more help than we used to get.

I love math - it was always my favorite. I only majored in engineering in an attempt to do something useful and fun with the math. My wife's poor cousin wanted to major in computer science, but math is no this thing. I tried to talk him into an "engineering technology" degree, but he wanted computer science. Almost any engineering degree starts with calculus fall of freshman year, and he was 1.5 years into his associates and hadn't taken calculus yet..so it was going to be a 6 year degree for him. Not good...

Oh, I'd have to pull my old math books off the shelf to remember what to do with equations using natural logs. Do I get anything for recognizing the quadratic equations?
