Anyone fished Toledo Bend recently having any success? I spent 5 hours fishing in the six mile area of the lake last week and never found any hydrilla or had any bites. If you can help me with any ideas on what to do with no hydrilla, I would appreciate it. I am retired and don't fish tournaments or go to the lakes like I used to. I used to just fish the grass beds off flats and points in six mile and Housen areas with some luck. Just like to fun fish for a few bass when I can. Thanks!

Find the bait. Shad have been 22-30 foot lately. Some days deep as 38 foot

I'd watch the two episodes of the Todd Driscoll interview Ken has out there and fish the high probability areas they talked about when tracking fish in Housen.
