Are you open pouring or have an injector?
I have made my own molds with plaster of paris and frankensteining lures together with mend it.
Also have an injector and injection molds from doit and basstackle.com
All the above are good options.

I enjoy using my open pour Plaster of Paris craw molds the most--quicker, don't have to mess around with an injector.

With most swimbaits and some worms, the injector molds produce a better lure.

Craws, fluke style lures, and other worms are easy and just as good open pour.

If you're using that many trailers weigh out whether it's economical . Materials cost, mold cost and time to produce.
I use to pour by hand, it took me more time & money to make my own baits than I wanted to commit because it cost fishing time.

Can't beat injector-type molds for detail, but plaster does do a pretty good job for duplication as long as the coating is the right one.
