Maybe the raptor will be built right to begin with and not require the use of their customer service. Let me know when you find something boat related that never needs customer service, please. My humminbirds have never needed customer service do they count? Does my Mercury outboard count? It has only had routine maintenance but no customer service but then again it is only 26 years old now.

I don't think PP has a quality problem, i think when folks bring up the customer service they are referring to PP just takes care of the problem, they do not say " well that unit is past the warranty period " they just take care of it. Imitation is the highest from of flattery. I will wager a lot of money that PP does not try and imitate a Talon for a large bass boat.

Minn Kota touted how much better Talons are over Power Poles and now they copy them. Not sure what to think of that and I own a set of Talons. Enough said...
