Suggestions on what to get? We only fry something a few times a year, but when we do, I want one large enough for feeding 6 and dont want to have to cook in 4-5 batches. Mostly it will be fish and okra

If I have to cook for a crowd I use my turkey fryer. It came with a small pan and the big one used for turkeys. The small pan holds about a gallon of oil. We also have 2 fry granddaddy's that will do the job as well.

I use the Presto cookers as well. The 6 qt. Is a good size, I have 3 of them. I can fry 7 or 8 crappie filets at a time. I bought the 10qt and took it back because it wouldn't get to 350 degrees to fry fish. Use a metal strainer to strain the peanut oil when finished cooking and return it to the cooker to use the next time.

The Presto Grandaddy came today and was used tonight. Wife loved it, and everyone liked the results

Food looks good. We have one too and with just the two of us it's all we need for us.
