Some towns prohibit wearing colors and if so, should be posed at the city limits. If this one wasn't, hope he gets a bucket of money.

I can't find anything against the wearing of "colors" in the City of Springtown ( https://z2codes.franklinlegal.net/franklin/Z2Browser2.html?showset=springtownset ).

This _might_ be interpreted to include "biker colors":
edit: Sec. 8.05.002 Obscene acts or clothing
"It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any obscene, lewd, or indecent act or create any nuisance, including wearing any clothing with profanity or obscenity or lewd or obscene depictions, that tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace, in any public place within the city limits and remain on the premises after a city employee or state peace officer orders the person to leave. (Ordinance 723 adopted 3/25/10; 2005 Code, sec. 8.10.002)

I'm no attorney and I do not play one on TV but I AM an "old" and I have nothing else to do at this moment. I stay in hotels some times.

I wonder if anyone in the City ever heard of Cohen v California? The US Supreme Court has already weighed in on this.

I will not stand behind this deputy for what he did. I will stand right next to him. I don't know what 'club' this saddle trash was affiliated with. I am sure the deputy saw the cut on his vest and was probably one of the clubs that is recognized by the State of Texas and FBI as an Organized Criminal Gang. This was probably an object lesson to the rider of Stay the Eff out of my county. If I find this brother lawman, I would like to buy him a cold beer.

Sounds about right. Bad cops will always have each other's backs.
