I don�t think when Amy bought her husband Johnny this trip today for Christmas either of them had any idea what an epic day they would have. Lewisville really showed off today. They boated at least 100 white bass and kept 50 nice fish. They almost ended up with a double limit of crappie as well. Just finished short at 41. The size of the fish they caught was so amazing today. Almost every crappie caught was a no doubt keeper. The biggest fish shattered a 10� crappie Maxx rod when we tried to boat flip her big booty. Fish caught mostly on minnows and some fish on jigs. Best jig was a pink 1/16th head with a Constant Pursuit Outfitters Thump Buddy in a custom color. Fish caught from 18-27 ft today. Glad you had to clean those and not me. Had 29 legal fish this past weekend, but only kept 6 12"-14" to clean. Makes my back scream to look at a mess that size. Well done on the catching.
