Not looking for any specific info because we like to find them on our own but my tournament partner and I are throwing around the idea of meeting out there tomorrow since it’s in the middle. Just tired of the same old lakes and figured we’d try something new.. Are we crazy? Never hear anything about it so maybe someone can give us some advice - take a shot or go elsewhere? Thoughts

I’ve been there a few times. I like the lake. It’s got a little of everything.

Even with all the flooding, the lake is pretty low. Since Lake Waco is closed it get s a lot of pressure. That being said, there have been some good fish caught out of it.

I was there yesterday running a boat with a newly rebuilt motor and the lake has been lowered about 4 foot this past week according to the guys at the ramp. There was four boat and all of them said that they haven't caught anything since then. It's a pretty lake though. Hope Waco opens soon.

You need to put a picture of that nice old Ranger on here, I am the old man with that Javelin from the ramp.

Yea, on Facebook, Tradinghouse said they lowered the lake 5 foot for impending winter rains.
NO timetable for ramp renovations

If anybody is on Garmin community, I have posted some QuickDraw contours that I have graphed.
Mostly by the dam, the dock area and the high wire area to the east.
