Their advertisements are very complexing in that they claim to only represent males. I can only imagine how much the retainer/trust account for fees would be for something like child custody.

Man I hate to hear people going through this stuff. Family court itheres no law it�s all about who advocates the best for there client. Or manuiolates the truth the best. Make sure if the dad is involved make sure to let the judge know how much. If not Wednesday and every other weekend. Is in the kids future.

I know a few guys who have won but the moms just didn�t show. All they have to do is show up and say I love my kids I take care of them. Divorce over. I�ve tried for 5 years to understand it. Haven�t been able to.

You spend the money on good lawyer up front and do your due diligence on whom you retain.

My nephew first lawyer sold him up the river, he had to retain another one and it took him over 100K and 7 years to finally win custody of his kids

Yea my first attorney took 11k from me never did anything. I�m still trying to undo his mess ups. I found out after he had been suspended for doing the same things to me to other people before me. Even was caught operating while being suspended. He never once asked me anything about my son. I think he just walked in expecting to loose and didn�t care. I got stuck with about 60k of credit card debt that had already been paid. Judge literally told him he wasn�t to come in unless he did discovery. My attorney stood up and said she agreed to a adlitem then backed out last minute. I�m no Attomrey but what did that have to do with discovery. My ex wife was in her 3rd ex husband I was on first divorce. So I was a deer caught in head lights. Since divorce my ex has had relationships with guys who were married in front of my kid , let her drug addict brother live with her who was under full restraining order from his own kid she let me have my kid every year 8 months out of 12 but keeps the tax write off and child support and not a single attorney says I have enough to go back to court. She needs to be arrested. I found out I paid her for 6 months of health insurance that she didn�t have. As far as I�m concerned that�s theft by deception so I call police they say can�t touch her cause that�s a family court issue. I asked them if I steal money from my brother I goto jail. Everyone is afraid of convicting women
