Read all the raves on Sriracha here so I tried it. Got to tell you, its just terrible. Its more like garlic ketchup than hot sauce. While I dont think its terrible, I will say I dont get the love some people have for it. Its the last choice Id make of the ones on this list that Ive tried, but I dont think its gross, just not my style. I chose Fuzzys. Its my current favorite.

I'm also a Fuzzy's fan, but I wish they made a hotter version of the same sauce. Not the habanero, you mean? Ive never tried the habanero but I suspect it is hotter, might also have a completely different flavor, though.

This poll is pointless. Its like asking what oil is best. Pennzoil 10-30, massage oil, or Crisco.
These hot sauces are for different [censored].
I voted Gilberts since thats what I eat with tortilla chips.
I would have also voted Louisiana, since thats what I have on Shrimp Creole.
There is hot sauces that are good on some things, and horrible on others.
You should be more specific on what KIND of hot sauce is better on a specific food.
Eat. Sleep. Fish.

Crystal is my go to hot sauce, put it on everything, they changed the formula slightly for the worse after Katrina wiped out the factory, and they had to relocate.
I never met a fish I didn't like,........

The music and happy hour drinking crowd is about the only thing our Fuzzys has going for it. Actually quit fun and entertaining but like I said earlier, the food sucks.
