Just wanted to give a small report on RC this past weekend. Found the sandbass stacked up on cattle humps in 25 ft of water. They were biting very good early and late on chrome slabs. The surprise was the 40lb Flathead catfish I caught on the same lure with 15lb test line. It was a fun 30 minute fight but I finally got him landed.

Cattle humps is what they were called on an old map that I used to have. They are just a hump of dirt in the middle of an open flat. Some rise up only 2-3 ft while others are 5-6 ft high. Most of the electronic mas don't show them.

Does anyone have an update on white bass? I am headed to RC or Cedar Creek this weekend and would appreciate any help.
