Tomorrow�s supposed to be cold and rainy.
Good time to target some slabs from the bank, or would y�all say no?

I occasionally hear folks say it�s one of the best times to hit them up, but I feel that�s mainly because most people are inside when it�s rainy= less competition. Maybe I�m wrong, and the rain really does trigger the fish to start biting.

Rain can turn on the fishing sometimes, but the overcast conditions are what help. Not sure about fishing in the rain in the Winter. I just don't do it.

let my brother drag me out on Houston Co. one winter in the rain. so cold and wet although the whiskey masked the impact of the weather. ended up with a horrible cold but we did catch a lot of crappie

I have caught some nice fish,fishing in light showers and drizzle. I have also caught nice fish,fishing in between heavy showers. If the day is mainly going to be raining with storms all day, I stay home!
