 Fork gates open?

With the most recent rains, Fork isn't rising as much as I expected. Does anyone know if the gates are open?

we didn't get near as much rain as Dallas or Longview. lake isn't full and gates aren't open.

probably wont open till it gets close to 6"-1 over pool.
