Tried search but couldn't find any results. What is a good warm weather rain suit? 100 MPH, HUK, Gill? Any others?

My son and I have Gill, they have sealed sleeves, they have a velcro tab to get the rubber seal as tight as you prefer. We've had them for over two years and very happy with them.

They have sealed sleeves? AS IN a inner seal like a condom around your wrist (or divers suit) or just the velco outer is what your calling sealed?

Bottom of the sleeves have a rubber seal. I'd have to look at the jacket to verify how far up it goes but there's two tabs to tighten, the outer shell and the rubber inner shell. We have the FG21. I'm sure most of the major brands are good. The Gill FG21 keeps us dry and we wear it all the time, rain or dry, in the cold weather. I'd say it's medium weight rain suit. It's not going to keep you warm in really cold weather but it's not lightweight either.

Vortex Hood Technology that channels air flow through the hood and collar, expelling air pressure through dedicated collar vents making it ideal for use at high speed.
High cut thermal collar provides comfort and warmth with cushioned face guard
Two-way volume adjustment for improved hood fit
Retractable outer cuff adjusters with PU inner seals for watertight comfort
Two chest pockets with reverse coil YKK zippers
Two external D-ring attachment points
Deep cargo pockets with secure closure with hand warmer pockets behind
2-way YKK zipper protected by a double storm guard
Zippered internal security pocket
High visibility Reflexite reflectives
Fully lined with hem drainage facility
External waist volume adjustment
Adjustable shock cord hem
Red/ graphite color

thanks I found this on ebay in the description

"Retractable outer cuff adjusters with PU inner seals for watertight comfoort"

Is that coat a lighter weight than the bps 100 mph it looks to be the same material basically?

I think I may have answered your question when I edited the above post but I'd classify it as a medium weight jacket. I have looked at the 100 mph suit but it's been over a year and don't recall the thickness of it. The Gill is not super warm, anything below around 50 I'm wearing some layers underneath it. But, I'm in Texas so 40 and below is pretty cold here.

Simms is worth the investment. I have never, ever been wet or cold while wearing their products.

I have a lightweight Simms Goretex jacket that I found on the internet for $70. Combine it with North Face lightweight pants and it's really good in warm weather. I have used it in a number of places around the world. Always works good for me. It's also a good jacket for a 50 degree morning.

For a warm weather Jacket the Simms Waypoint is a good option.

BPS bone dry. Works well, sealed sleeves and overlap zippers w/ Velcro flap
