I just found out about Matthew Carroll's passing. He was one of the early legends around here, and one very fine man. I had the pleasure of meeting him several times. RIP Jigum

He was a great guy and will be greatly missed. He is catching 3 pounders every cast now.

A gentle giant of a man and a Christian so he is with Jesus now! First time I met Matt was at a CAT meeting and he was tying jigs. Took the time to show me how to tie a basic jig. RIP Matt! You will be missed by many!
