Very low and slow last time I was up there, but there are plenty of fish still running around.

I'd start early in the day if possible to avoid the heat and wade until you find deeper pockets. Target the heads and tails of deep pools to find the Guadalupe Bass, structure for sunfish, and keep scanning for carp.
