Hey Der Vanderbeek, how was the archaeological site this summer? Always interested to see what y'all dig up They had it shut down this year, the archaeologists had too many other projects going on. They plan to get back in there hopefully next summer.

no you wouldn't we get the job done while idiots like you set in a trailer & worry about liability there is a reason we are on jobs like this warm bodies behind a desk are a detriment on every job I actually wouldnt let an idiot wearing purple safety glasses make it through our job site orientation. I cant wait until Im on one of your jobsites, Reid. Its gonna be awesome.
Team wolfs I had to perform. It took a minute to get it all in my mouth and another five to swallow it all.

Butch, none of us were arguing that pre cast garages are not done. But youre building what looks like a pedal stool style low end apartment complex. Those are notorious for doing things as cheap as possible. If youre building high end high rises, airports, high rise multi family, youre probably not going pre cast. There is a number of reasons one being you need more wall support. So you cant get an open natural light design from pre cast like you can a poured slab. As RO said youve still got tons of stuff to surface mount now like all your electrical, lighting, life safety. A high end architect is going to want all that in the slab, which you cant typically do with pre cast.
Bottom line both ways have their places. Low end youre usually going pre cast. High end youre going to pour in place. Luckily theres room in the market for both of us.
And as a disclaimer, Im in the development side, not construction.
