I like them from time to time. Some meals just have to have fake potatoes. The way I fix them for people who don't like instant mashed potatoes is to add cooked (microwaved) roughly mashed potato (frozen french fries work also). No one has caught me yet for using fake potatoes.

And dont these things last like 40 years? What a wonder food! Im going to invent instant mashed potatoe sandwiches and leave my name forever in history! It will be called an Urbanwich. Or maybe instant mash potatoe tortillas!...Ok I need to keep my ideas secret now.

Hmmm...24 oz. for $3. I got 8 servings for about $1.00. Not sure what it weighs prepared, but I bet its over 24 ounces.
