Fake news has been going on since at least Vietnam, so at least 3 generations of people have grown up with it. I my opinion if you want to get to the truth you have to watch both sides of the media and make up your own mind what's true and what's fake.
That being said, if the Republicans wouldn't have won this past election, we would have NEVER known about the deep state and all the corruption that was going on all the way to the top of the FBI.

They all try and steer a narrative. They mislead, distract, are bias, twist the truth and bold face lie.

They run with a fake news story full of "anonymous" sources which are about as real as my kids imaginary friends. It's called, breaking front page news. Then they are called on their BS and they print a correction on the back page 5 days later. But the damage has already been done and folks believe their lies amd makes choices based on their lies.

They have been doing this for quite some time now, but just aren't as good at it anymore. Maybe the viewer is more critical, maybe access to the net helps the viewer fact check or maybe they are just trying to throw so many balls in the air that they can't be sly about it. But the American folks have lost faith in them.

I personally don't believe anything I hear if it is laced with fear mongering, emotions or completely one sided. Those are pretty much clear signs that they are lying and trying to steer you into a conclusion...which is theirs. Funny thing is how many folks fall for it, especially once the undeniable truth comes out. Remember "hands up don't shoot"?
There still are ignorant folks out there that still believe it.

This is not journalism, this is a petulant child whining about being treated unfairly. This is a �journalist� with Whitehouse credentials from what was, until last year, considered the middle of the road 24 hour news network, saying bumper stickers and buttons should be made and they should march down Pennsylvania Avenue because the press secretary won�t give him special treatment.

This isn�t Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh. This is a journalist, a reporter. If some of you want to conflate the two (talking heads/entertainers and reporters) go ahead, but that�s part of the problem. No network or newspaper or radio host is innocent in this fake news BS and fall of the media, but they brought it on themselves.

To many personal views and feelings. Just present the facts and let us make up our own mind. The President comes and give a 15 minute speech and then here comes a news person and spends 45 minutes telling us what he said trying to make us see it from their eyes. Heck I can hear and comprehend don't try and change what he said to fit your on feelings. Like it or not move on the something else

Bret Baier is the best journalist in my opinion. He reports the news, doesn�t make up the news or express his views on the subject matter. He reports, you decide.

WFAA does an outstanding job of showing their left leaning bias.
They really like to bury any right leaning stories during the over night hours. Since I get up at 0400 I come across this tactic of theirs almost daily. Pretty clever really. This way when someone comments about their left bias. They can comment with a link from a story they posted when most people are asleep.

Just watch how a major story is reported on the various networks and then note the differences.also watch how they add subtle comments to incite, enrage, or over dramatize a story.
