I split 50/50, no child support. I dont put up with her [censored], period. We dont use our daughter against one another because it never ends up good for the child. Same here except I just made it easy and pay for everything....health insurance, child care, phone, groceries, whatever.....it's not worth an argument to me #humblebraggart There's nothing to brag about with a divorce

I have 50/50 basically every Tuesday/ Thursday and every other Friday to Monday. I still have to pay support which I dont agree with. Not because I dont believe in taking care of my kid. But because at the end of the year I always have him about 60 days more then her. Shes always got something more important going on. So in the end I have 8 months she has 4, a year. We do parent fine for last 5 years. Now she got remarried and she wants to change all the rules. So watch out. Things will change. But I NEVER speak bad about her in front of my son, not worth it. Just remember just cause you dont like her dont mean he dont. My biggest complaint isnt support its the fact she doesnt do anything to promote anything in his life. I pay for soccer, swimming , health insurance , which she never pays her court ordered half. Karate and do all driving. She will not do any driving. I even got him in a special school for gifted kids and we now have issues cause she will not drive him to and from on her days. Maybe your in a little better position then me. Just wish my ex would put our kid first once.

My step-son's dad gets him every other Thursday-Sunday. We used to do 50/50 until he decided to stop taking him for his weeks. He would show up once every month or two and want a week of custody or show up in the middle of the week and say he wanted two weeks since he missed three weeks.
We took him back to court and got the order's altered so he couldn't do that and he has been more diligent. It was tough for the kid at first but it was tough with his father being so flakey too. Now that he's adjusted it works out much better.

He's grown now. But when he was a kid we worked well together on this matter. The big thing with us is visitation rarely came into play. Twice during the week he had hockey games. At least one weekend a month he had travel tournaments. We both attended games. Often sitting together. We alternated who took him to out of town tournaments. His momma and I are still friends to this day. We were actually friends before hand. A drunken one night stand made us parents. We tried doing the couple thing. Didn't work at all. So we split up. Went through a couple years of bickering. Then at some point we both realized it was better to work together. Even when we argued we both still had his best interest in mind.

No offense ment moto.... Ill pay for whatever my kids need clothes, shoes, football equipment, etc. but Im not filling their mommas house with groceries or paying her bills. Shes grown and has kids to take care of just like me. She gets no free ride for being a mom to my kids.

I don't pay her Bills or "fill her house with groceries" I pay for my daughter's phone, and my daughters share of groceries..... Good lord some of yall will find anything to be ignorant about.
