Bluegill/Redbreast. Official name: Hybrid Sunfish!  Side Note: Marine Biologist have stated that over the years sunfish have bread with other sunfish species. The breeding has really picked up over the past 10 years. I personally have been catching tons of Hybrids over the last five years. Have caught a bunch this year.

...I admit I'm really not all up on the various species of panfish... I mostly fish for bass at Athens, and I'm also not up on the various species of panfish. When I do target them, I usually just say I'm going bream fishing. I have been good at catching them on Holbrook, but I need to learn what spots to hit on Athens so I can learn how to catch some there too. Thanks for the post Flags!
