I don't follow the PGA tour very close, but why would they change the name after all these years from The Colonial to the Ft Worth Invitational?

I don't follow the PGA tour very close, but why would they change the name after all these years from The Colonial to the Ft Worth Invitational? last 2 years it was the Dean & Deluca (sponsor) it has something to do with naming rights some legal stuff you know

I don't follow the PGA tour very close, but why would they change the name after all these years from The Colonial to the Ft Worth Invitational? why is the cotton bowl played at jerry world? Just the name of a game. They don't play the Alamo Bowl in the Alamo either.
