colonial and the Nelson unfortunately are dead tours. Tx is too hot and only the scrubs play them. not exactly true actually really wrong take a look at the field at Colonial yeah they got 4 top 10 hoping to potlick, but there are a lot of names missing.

The PGA Championship is moving to March. The Players Championship moving to May and will be this weekend next year. They are going to split up the BN and the Fort Worth next year. I don't know which will be first the BN or FT Worth. They are talking about doing one on mothers day weekend then The Players then the other DFW pga stop. Whichever one gets the stop after The Players is pretty well screwed.
That's the rumor anyway.

just took a look at this ridiculously easy 9 hole course. No rough, huge fairways, gigantic greens. it will be driver, 60 dg wedge on every hole. All par 5s will be on in 2 and a record number of eagles. winner might hit -30 under.

mounds 8 foot tall & sandy
he said water was not an issue

I kind of wish they would let it dry out and the ground be hard and fast. Its far from an easy course when the wind blows and its firm and fast. Ive played it twice and its brutal in the wind. Rumor Ive heard is that they are in the running to host a PGA Championship in the foreseeable future.
