Between them, they survived two fishing trips, 72 keeping size crappie, and uncounted white bass and undersized crappie. You think I got my money's worth? The new plastic underneath gives an idea what they looked like before being mauled by all those fish.

You should have them mounted on a plaque.

Are you using glue to hold the jig up to the jig head? Keep them tied on to see how long they will catch...

Tell us what brand if they are going that tough. Hey, Steve. How are you these days? They're homemade. I think they're even harder than Lane's baits (though I've never hardness tested either his or mine.......LOL).

Are you using glue to hold the jig up to the jig head? Keep them tied on to see how long they will catch... No glue. My plastic is so hard, they stay on great without any glue. And when they finally start slipping easier, I pull them off and turn them upside down, and they're good for a bunch more fish. That's why you see the belly side up on both of these jigs; the plastic got flipped over, somewhere in the middle of all those fish.

If they're tougher than Lanes baits your gonna wear the hook out before the plastic. Keep going!
