Looking for advice from some of you Lewisville pros. I have been trying to take a buddy of mine out to catch some sand bass, and tomorrow is the only day our schedules line up. If I launch at Lake Park and stay close in that corner of the lake do I have a little protection from the wind? Our plan is to fish 8-12, and I'm seeing 20+ wind in the forecast. Running a 20 foot Nautic Star deck boat.

Looks like wind is dying down a little and coming from the south. That whole west cove is fairly protected but once you go around the point to the east that water gets rough quickly.
