My wife and I put an offer in on a house, it was accepted, and we have our inspection Tuesday. I know Ill get an answer then, but I want to see what the minds of the OT have to say. While walking with our realtor, I noticed 2 of the items pictured below. One at the back door, and one in the master. Any ideas what they are? Motion sensors?

I have never seen one of those but I agree it looks like an old motion sensor.

Looks cheap. Up your price range. We had that same thermostat in the 90s.

Thermostats are the only things that havent been upgraded. The units were replaced in 14. Im planning on getting nest thermostats or a different programmable tstat

Co2 detector?

Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”
