Looks cheap. Up your price range. We had that same thermostat in the 90s. Thermostats are the only things that havent been upgraded. The units were replaced in 14. Im planning on getting nest thermostats or a different programmable tstat

I say next time your there with the realtor, smash a window to see if it works. I really like this idea. Or maybe with the inspector. If the detector works, the inspection will only have a broken window on it, if it doesnt, we can add that the detectors dont work.
