My wife and I put an offer in on a house, it was accepted, and we have our inspection Tuesday. I know Ill get an answer then, but I want to see what the minds of the OT have to say. While walking with our realtor, I noticed 2 of the items pictured below. One at the back door, and one in the master. Any ideas what they are? Motion sensors?

I have never seen one of those but I agree it looks like an old motion sensor.

glass break sensor... the windows might not have open sensors and of economical to put motion sensors in, so they use glass break sensors.

I really like this idea. Or maybe with the inspector. If the detector works, the inspection will only have a broken window on it, if it doesnt, we can add that the detectors dont work. roflmao
