The Lake Fork Sportsman's Association has a program where we refurbish (if needed) fishing tackle and give it to high school fishing teams.

I will Bruce. Bring a truck and meet me at my storage shed in Roanoke.

Bruce....I would love to donate. Please tell me where to bring this stuff. I have two big boxes and would absolutely love to see someone put it to good use and create some memories.

I carry a bunch of different colors with me and ALWAYS will because I have seen over and over that color does matter to the fish and some work better than others on a given day, and I agree there are a hand full of colors that work just about any where.

Black/blue
June bug and I like junebug/red and junebug/chartruce tip
Watermelon with any of the different glitters in it work well. Watermelon/slice is awesome. Many times I get bit more on watermelon/gold than I do throwing watermelon/red.
Green Pumpkin with any of the different glitters in it work well.
Red/Shad and I also like redbug shad.
Blue fleck

AArons Magic and MMIII are good drop shot colors made by Robo worms. Just thought I would throw that in, because I am a tackle junkie and like a bunch of different colors. LOL

Two weeks ago I was using a Zoom color called South Africa Special because the water at Fork is murky and it was working, we were getting bit on it. On day two they would not bite it so I switched to Junebug/red and that worked. Both baits were a baby brush hog. A buddy of mine fishing with me stayed with the South Africa Special a little longer and did not get bit until he finally switched to junebug/red.
