Very noticeable backgrounds on a very small spot honestly. Didnt want to show up and have my hole covered up its a walk in spot as little as ten feet wide in narrow spots. The deep spot Ive found loaded with fish is almost always walked by. I see people walking by I go free line mode. There have been tens of thousands of sandbass yet conventional even live bait hasnt produced 1% the fish the fly has. They see you catch one its the only hole in the river with fish. Next day there would be 10 people surrounding it in lawn chairs lol.

Its a little too late for you to try to blur out your pictures. Youve been on here yapping and rambling on about the river for a while now. You have nobody to blame but yourselfs for not learning to keep your trap shut about these places.

Not sure what your referring to but never mentioned the name of any location and have had the rivers to our self with just a short walk all year. Actually been some amazing solitude.

Dont worry about it Robert, it was some troll that joined today. I think he went bye bye.

Wow way to start off on your first day April 12th. Might want to re read the rules.

What weight rod did you use.

After posting this I did look at Tools posting he's nothing but a Troll

Yes good riddance. TGalyon1 when it is straight sandbass I go 3wt early in the run just because its more fun. I switch over to a longer 4wt when the numbers get heavy just to save the arm. When the striper finally show up I carry an 8wt for the extra backbone and I can go up to 15-20 lb invisix for tippet. I like to be able to get them in quickly as to not wear them out so they can be released to do their thing. I keep the go pro on so I can quickly take still shots and get them back in the water. Sadly the sandbass other than a few stragglers are finishing up we are still seeing some good pushes of striper after rain events though. We will continue to have that through April for sure. Striper on the fly are real hard to beat. Was using a 2/O cone head clouser with large red eyes for the striper by the way.
