Salt, pepper, seasoningx
Chopped onion
Mix a little BBQ with pasta sause. May x in the mixture, not most ch on top
Bake
All meatloaf tastes better the next day

I like meat loaf, it is basically a meat ball in a loaf, I think most folks that do not like it may have never had it prepared very well.

I�ve had good and bad meatballs. I like the concept of meatloaf, but have never had one I�ve liked. Perhaps it�s the size of meatloaf that means you have to dry it out too much to cook it, whereas with meatballs, due to their size, they don�t get as dried out when cooking them.
