Just bought a new to me boat without a steering wheel blinker style trim switch. Anybody have a good local mechanic near Austin? How hard for DYI?

Agreed...the more diy you can perform on your boat the better. That way you can fix it when it breaks lol

It's doable by a person with average mechanical skills and basic tools. Unless the steering wheel needs to be removed. Then you MIGHT need a steering wheel puller.
