I just heard that the texas parks and wildlife has updated the fish consumption for lake worth. It looks like all fish is contamanated with pcbs and you should not eat fish from there except once a week and only 8 ounces. This has changed from the report in 2010.and i was just getting ready to go chase some crappie.Have you guys heard about this?

Pcbs are nasty. Have a buddy thats a wildlife biologist who tells me thats about the worst stuff that can get in a lake as they take a long time to break down naturally.

I have always heard that crappie are the least affected by pollutants. Crappie move a lot, are not bottom feeders and do not have a blood line.
