Finally found a decent supplier of beef ribs. Hopefully this supply doesn't dry up like the last few we've tried, and we can keep selling them on Saturday's.

You definitely have some great ribs. I bought a rack of them the last time I was in Fort Worth.
What type of Rib would that be at the grocery store?
They definitely have some meat on them & You use plenty of rub when you smoke them.

The big rib is a beef rib. The rack of ribs is St Louis cut pork spareribs.

Ask for plate ribs at the butcher. Current price for 4 bones is 30 to 40 bucks. I actually get them occasionally from Albertsons and they're pretty good. T-man those ribs look spot on, what kind of rub are you using? I've been using sriracha with just salt and pepper.
