About 20 years ago I was visiting my dad in East Tennessee. He offered to take us out to eat some seafood. I was pumped ... let's go! He took us to LJS. At the time I was used to catching my own shrimp, crabs, and flounder and ate them routinely.
I was a bit disappointed.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

The Boss used to put that malt vinegar all over her fries. I knew as soon as I started the car, to roll down both windows for the drive home. My dad was from England, he slathered it all over everything, the smell throughout the house used to make my stomach churn. I like it now, in moderation
