My dumb A$* brother got a DUI last night. Someone T-boned him, but he got hauled away. I know he is an idiot and put lives at danger, so now that this has been established how will he move forward?

If it's first offense and he has no other criminal record, a good attorney may be able to get him deffered adjudication.

How, I have no idea but I'm sure $$$ were involved.

If he does not get another one in the next several years the state past a law that you can have it removed from your criminal record after probation and other good stuff he will have to do
