BPS sell's them and I've often wondered since they have that huge aquarium with different fish why they don't hook one up and do a demonstration showing they do work. They demonstrate lures in there all the time. I used mine ( came with the boat ) for over 6 months on 5 different lakes under different conditions and didn't see any results. If you think they work get you one. Seen lots of'em on here for sale cheap.
I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed. Conscience never acquits, it either accuses or excuses.

Putting one in the store aquarium probably wouldn't do much because when such a device "works" (even well) the result can be subtle, and is always objective. The fish aren't going to dart to it and huddle around the speaker, so seeing any difference might not happen, even if there was a (subtle) reaction. Secondly, the fish would become acclimated to it quite quickly. I've noted that numerous pros who use them make a big point of saying you must cycle it (with pauses), NOT run it constantly. In short order, any aquarium fish that did respond would begin to ignore the device altogether.

Honestly, I believe that it has it's time and place. I definitely don't use it every day but there are days when I've noticed it makes a big difference in the amount of bites I get.

It affects baitfish more than the fish directly imo. The fish then respond to the baitfish

I had one for like 3 years, the head unit fell apart and I did not replace it. I think I have won about the same amount of money with and without one. So, I do not know really

Does a FoxPro call always guarantee you a truck load of coyotes? No. But it sometimes helps!!
It's only a good cast if you catch a fish... Personal Best: 11.62 lbs

whew weeeee. Some of y'alls responses...
So the real question is this. If it were free would you use one? Is it the ridiculous price tag that has a nasty taste in your mouth or does it not work?
Like I said; it seems like a sales gimmick but I wanted input from those that have put them through their own tests.

Its called fishing and not catching for a reason.
