The Pacific Ocean is right there and they had some submarine drone delivery system also. Huh. Never crossed my mind that this could be done, but it makes sense. If Amazon can make plans to deliver via drone, so can other people.

How many of your respective employers would be ok with you partaking in the devils lettuce? Should be as many that currently are OK with employees partaking in alcohol use. Besides the OT's Now Smoking threads would be epic.

I suspect that many employers will treat it like alcohol once it becomes legal at the federal level. And I believe the should.

Another reason to not like the Cali implants - And how the he$$ does this conversation come up? You and I travel in very different social circles.
Where the heck are you hanging out to run into 4 junkies???
Let us start with the premise that I not only met four heroin addicts this weekend, but add that they all were from California. Let us go further and assume that through some random chance that 4 of the 5 shared they, Moved to Texas for cheaper Heroin Does this seem that real to you guys? I mean why was the 5th guy holding out on the truth right? I am now sure that 5 of the 5 moved here for cheaper heroin. The 5th guy was fooling himself.

As far as mainstream use is concerned........I'd be surprised if major industries or insurance companies soften their positions on weed. The zero tolerance policy has become pretty much engrained in the regulatory requirements of major manufacturing along with their qualifying of subs, and insurance companies would surly use weed testing to determine eligibility for coverages just like they do alcohol.

Texas is a good 20 years away from legalizing it. Texas was one of the last states to allow medical marijuana in any form. The Texas version of medical marijuana has stringent restrictions; particularly with only three dispensaries and seven doctors in the entire state licensed to prescribe it. The form of medical marijuana approved in Texas is of very low potency. The letter of the law in Texas requires that two physicians agree on the potential benefit and then one physician "prescribes". In other states, a physician makes a referral to the dispensary. The Texas mandate that the physician "prescribe" places the physician under much more legal scrutiny than a "referral", thus the extremely low number of physicians licensed in the program. I used to think that Texas would be the last state to completely legalize (would wait for Federal approval), but I'm changing my mind slightly. My guess: Texas will likely legalize marijuana prior to Federal, but it will be laden with legal and monetary restrictions making the legalization of limited practicality and utility for most.

Utah will be the last state...
They just adusted thier state BAC limit for a DWU/DWI to .05 and made it illegal for drinks to be poured in public.
Thats right, your mixed drink at a local bar has to be poured behind a curtain or little wall/divider so you cannot see it poured. God forbid you saw that... All hades would break lose in the land of the LDS.
