You're not going to get a lot of feedback on Rayburn. I can tell you there is plenty of hydrilla in all parts of the lake. The trap bite should be coming on pretty good here in the next couple of weeks if we can get a little cooler weather. There are reports of guys catching fish flipping the hydrilla now as well as the offshore bite being pretty good.
Basically, you can catch them any way you want. Rayburn has been like that way for a long time now. Fish whatever technique you have confidence in, and you'll catch fish.

I fished Friday and Saturday, it was pretty slow. The cold front slowed them down but Saturday it started getting better as the water warmed back up. I didn't find them offshore but I'm sure there's some out there. There always is but they haven't made it back out where I was looking. The grass is still holding most fish and if you find a few they will be stacked in there, you just have to keep rotating thru the area to pick up a few at a time

All the coves/pockets on the south end are FULL of hydrilla. Haven't fished though, been hunting

If you have time graph points and side of points. Been catching them in 15-25 feet on crank baits. Alot of points and drop offs are holding big schools of largemouth right now. Up shallow been throwing a white fluke weightless on braid with 15 lb fluro leader and just popping it right below the surface. Water is fairly clear been catching 30-40 fish a day.

Yes lots of hydrilla, and water level steadily dropping. Best baits rogues, swim baits, crawl worms, senkos, flukes, crank baits, rattle traps, lastly spinner baits. last three 6 plus hit a crawl worm, yellow magic, and a spinnerbait. The pattern I am having success with is locating drains, channels with sparse hydrilla, and pond weed. The bass are stacking when you get bit t fish area hard. Good luck and tight lines
