This idiot is 28 years old and lives at home with his parents. He's run down the jogging trail through my neighborhood twice in a week completely naked. Both times it was around 5am. I have his address should I pay him a visit? What can I do to send a message but not get arrested?

Because the trail is right behind my house. I'm not losing sleep over it but I have kids and don't want them to see a grown man running around naked.

Camo up and take flash photos of him then put them in the parent's mailbox. If that doesn't work then camo up and use the paintball gun.
