I fished with Brad last week and we used the spray on minnows for crappie and it certainly did produce better than a minnow without spray.
I got a small tub of the bubblegum catfish bait and i have not tried it yet, but it has no stink at all. Just a good bubblegum smell.
I don't use stink baits because of the stink that stays on your hands for days.
