Another hit in our house is fish tacos. Cut fillets in 1" X 1/2" X 3" wide strips, something like that. Dip in Seasoned Flour, then egg wash, then Panko. Pan fry until golden brown, then turn and repeat. Make a chipotle mayo dressing (many recipes online) and serve with shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, lime all on warm corn tortillas.

the only methods i usually use is lemon pepper and butter, blackened with butter or fried. that is why i am asking for suggestions.
